Level Zero to Hero Course Details

The Level Zero Iyengar Yoga Courses are specially for those completely new to yoga or who are coming back after a long gap. Over the six weeks of 60 minute sessions (online via Zoom or face to face in the studio), you will be guided through the basic poses and methods so that you can join in the regular weekly Level 1 Ongoing Beginners classes with confidence. You will be encouraged to progress at your own level and senior level yoga teacher, Rachel Lovegrove will guide you in a safe, progressive and supportive way according to your ability and fitness. Age is not a barrier - whether you are young and active or older and still keen to move around and feel better, this course is tailored to everyone.

The course is also designed to give you a general feeling of wellbeing, mental and physical and to encourage you to take the practice of yoga further, to assist you in every day life to feel well and to support you in your ongoing health and fitness goals.

The courses should be taken as a whole so that you get the full benefit of the progressive course.

The price is £40 for all six weeks and includes a recording and weekly live Q&A’s after each session. Contact Rachel with further questions at lovegrove@orangetreeyoga.com or 07725120043.

All sessions are recorded so if you miss one, you can catch up later but it is recommended that you attend live for at least 5 of the sessions. The course is repeated every 2 to 3 months and you an take it as many times as you wish!
